Jolt

Jolt is a Maximal medical surgery. He uses his electric whip to take down Megatron and his band of Predacons. His robot mode is modeled after a medical surgeon with his germophobic mask. Like Transmetal Cheetor, it is unrelated to the character from Revenge of the Fallen. His beast mode is a Sapphire blue Tiger.
