Ratchet in Robot Mode.
Ratchet is a Transformer in the Beast Wars Universe. He is a member of the Maximals. His beast mode is a Manatee. He is so-called "Manatee Medic". He joins Optimus Primal and his Maximal Team so he will draw out Megatron and his band of Predacons. When Primal and the others are in danger Ratchet can give them medical attentions.
