Stepper is a Transformer in the Beast Wars universe. He is the member of the Maximals. His beast mode is a Toucan. He is a good flyer and Jackpot's buttler. He can side with with Optimus Primal and his Maximal team so he would help them defeat Megatron and his band of Predacons once and for all.
